We have extensive experience in offshore and onshore facilities; specialising in asset management services throughout all life cycle phases from consulting, engineering, manufacturing, assembly, operations, maintenance, and decommissioning. - Preparation and reviewing of design released drawings and models using Navis Works.
- Raising RFIs/FCRs to address technical issues; such as inconsistencies between models and drawings, ambiguities and missing information.
- Assist the site management/Area Leads in producing temporary works design briefs.
- Liaising with the Construction Team, Temporary Works Co-Ordinator and the temporary works designers to ensure the design is fit for construction.
- Produce Material Trackers and forecasts for Construction activities as per program.
- Liaising with the Planners and the Construction Teams for required dates.
- Produce document trackers to assist the delivery team in demonstrating readiness to commence construction. This must include; Client and Designer drawings/documents and HPC produced documents. The trackers will highlight the current status of documents.
- Assist in producing Technical Risk Assessments. Understanding the risks with a section of the building and how we are going to mitigate and control the risk.
