SERE is looking to recruit a highly motivated Bodyshop Workshop Controller. SERE Holdings Ltd is one of Northern Ireland's largest family run businesses with a turnover of £70 million employing 300 staff, incorporating Motor Retailing, Executive Jet Charter and Handling, Aircraft Operations and Air and Road Medical Transportation.

We have an exciting opportunity for a hard-working and enthusiastic individual to join our Bodyshop in Carrickfergus. If you take pride in what you do and want to join a busy, friendly and dynamic team, we'd love to hear from you.

Role:

  • Manage the workshop.
  • Provide technical support to technicians.
  • Sign off all works completed.
  • Improve productivity of the department, ensure sufficient resources to meet requirements.
  • Maintain standards and safe working practices in line with company standards.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through high levels of customer focus.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a bodyshop, workshop setting.
  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • 5+ years experience in a fast-paced motor trade environment.
  • First class organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent IT proficiency.
  • A Valid Driving Licence is essential for this position.
