This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified tax professional who has previous experience in corporate tax or tax advisory. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Preparing tax due diligence reports in regards to M&A/funding projects.
- Provision of tax advice across M&A and corporate restructuring projects.
- Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate:
- ACA or CTA qualified.
- Ideally you will hold a minimum of 1 year PQE.
- Proven ability to effectively organise & prioritise.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
