Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnering with a mid-tier firm as they seek to grow their dynamic Tax Advisory team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified tax professional who has previous experience in corporate tax or tax advisory. Our client offers a market-leading remuneration package to the successful applicant, and unrivalled scope for future progression.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Preparing tax due diligence reports in regards to M&A/funding projects.
  • Provision of tax advice across M&A and corporate restructuring projects.
  • Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • ACA or CTA qualified.
  • Ideally you will hold a minimum of 1 year PQE.
  • Proven ability to effectively organise & prioritise.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
