My client is a leading FM and Maintenance provider. They are currently seeking a maintenance electrician for a site based in Cheltenham. You will have city and guilds/nvq level 3 or equivalent in electrician, with experience within a maintenance environment.

Sector: Health

Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance on site, including:

  • Lighting
  • Changing lamps
  • PIR
  • Changing sockets/data points
  • Fault finding back to fuse boards and panels
  • Fault finding to equipment
  • General ppm's on AHU's
  • Fan coil units
  • Plant checks
  • General paperwork
  • Reporting back to supervisor
  • Working with the client on site

Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Salary is £36.5k - £38K depending on experience, plus overtime, company benefits and much more.
