We are looking for a Room Leader to work in a nursery based in Banbury. The salary is up to £28,000 depending on qualifications and experience. There are great benefits including on-site parking, training, vouchers, childcare discounts, and annual pay increases.

You must be qualified to Level 3 or above in Childcare & Education and have previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Nursery Nurse. Experience working with toddlers is required. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will receive 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.

Your responsibilities include mentoring and supporting your team to deliver excellent care and education, creating a stimulating environment with engaging activities indoors and outdoors, and building good relationships with staff, parents, and management. You will report on staff and children’s learning progress. This role offers the opportunity to work in childcare, supporting children under 5, and creating a fun, happy environment. Tasks include play activities, supporting feeding and personal care, and assisting staff with daily tasks and reporting.
