We are seeking a Vice President - Relationship Manager to join our client’s Global Subsidiary Banking EMEA team within a leading financial group. This team specializes in managing relationships with the EMEA-based subsidiaries of multinational corporations, ensuring seamless banking services and driving strategic growth.

Role Overview

This role focuses on managing and expanding relationships with the EMEA subsidiaries of US multinational corporations. The Vice President will collaborate closely with Global Relationship Managers to support subsidiary clients, drive revenue growth, and cross-sell financial products tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Subsidiary Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term banking relationships with the regional subsidiaries of global corporations, ensuring alignment with their parent companies' financial strategies.
  • Strategic Growth & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to provide banking solutions, including lending, transaction banking, and risk management, tailored to subsidiary needs.
  • Transaction Execution & Credit Oversight: Lead the execution of credit applications and transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Global Collaboration: Work closely with GRMs and product specialists across regions to deliver seamless financial solutions for subsidiary clients.
  • Market Insights & Advisory: Provide clients with insights on EMEA banking trends, regulatory changes, and financing strategies specific to multinational subsidiaries.
  • Mentorship & Development: Support junior colleagues by sharing expertise in corporate banking, subsidiary engagement, and market best practices.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Proven experience in corporate banking coverage with a focus on multinational subsidiary clients.
  • Strong understanding of subsidiary banking needs, corporate credit, and cross-border financial solutions.
