The successful candidate will join a high-calibre team of restructuring professionals working on complex, high-profile mandates. You will play a pivotal role in advising clients on financial and operational restructuring, distressed M&A, and turnaround strategies across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead financial analysis and modelling of distressed situations
- Develop comprehensive restructuring proposals for clients in challenging financial circumstances
- Manage stakeholder communications and negotiations
- Direct junior team members on transaction execution
- Cultivate and strengthen client relationships
- Contribute to business development initiatives and pitch presentations
- 5-9 years' experience in restructuring, with at least 3 years at a recognised investment bank or boutique advisory firm
