Digital Communications Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and act as the key point of contact.
- Develop tailored digital strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee execution and optimisation of digital campaigns across social media, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and paid media.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide digital guidance to team members.
- Create and optimise content for social media and ensure seamless digital campaign execution.
- Provide actionable insights and detailed campaign performance reports to clients.
Digital Communications Manager Role Requirements:
- 5+ years in a digital marketing role, agency or in-house.
- Strong experience in content creation, social media management, and digital advertising.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Canva, HubSpot, Meltwater, and WordPress.
- Strong analytical, communication, and copywriting skills.
- Experience managing paid campaigns and optimising SEO/SEM strategies.
