What You’ll Do
- Lead and shape visual direction across all brand and campaign assets — from big-idea concepts to beautifully crafted executions.
- Design high-impact creative for META platforms (Facebook, Instagram), from performance ads to thumb-stopping video content.
- Own the development of brand assets across digital, social, packaging, e-commerce, email, and more.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to create cohesive, conversion-driven designs with emotional resonance.
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs while pushing the aesthetic forward.
- Brief, direct, and review external creatives, freelancers, or agencies as needed.
- Stay ahead of creative trends in B2C, beauty, wellness, and tech, and bring bold inspiration to the table.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience as a designer or creative lead, preferably within high-growth consumer brands.
- A strong portfolio that shows work for big brands, ideally with experience in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or tech.
- Proven success creating high-performing content for META platforms (FB/IG) – both static and video.
- Deep understanding of B2C marketing principles and performance-driven creative.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion tools like After Effects or similar.
- A strategic thinker who can balance creative craft with commercial goals.
- An obsession with detail, a love for storytelling, and the ability to make ideas feel premium, modern, and human.
