A global organization in the healthcare sector is currently looking for an Omnichannel Strategy and Marketing Manager to join their team. This is a strategic role within the company's omnichannel delivery framework, where the successful candidate will play a pivotal part in driving integrated marketing programs aimed at engaging healthcare professionals, patients, caregivers, and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Omnichannel Campaign Strategy & Execution: You will work closely with internal teams to develop, plan, and execute omnichannel campaigns. These campaigns will span multiple channels, including field marketing, digital platforms (such as web, email, SEM, social media), traditional media, and more.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: A key aspect of the role will be identifying strategic priorities and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of omnichannel programs. You will manage multiple projects, balancing competing priorities and ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Operational Excellence: You will be responsible for managing key performance indicators (KPIs), setting benchmarks, and optimizing campaign tactics in partnership with analytics teams.
- Campaign Management & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for campaign management, guiding the process from planning to deployment, while ensuring smooth communications between teams and stakeholders.
- Consulting & Guidance: You will provide expert advice on digital strategies, marketing technologies, regulatory compliance, and best practices, ensuring that all tactics are aligned with business needs and industry standards.
- Leadership & Communication: You will be called upon to lead meetings, present findings, and offer insights to internal stakeholders, while acting as a liaison between the company, external agencies, and client teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Strong background in omnichannel marketing and digital strategies, with at least 7 years of experience in brand operations, project management, or digital strategy, in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Martech Expertise: Proven experience with marketing technology tools and platforms. A solid understanding of martech strategies will be essential.
- Brand Management: Experience in launching new products and managing brands within a digital-first environment. A deep understanding of healthcare marketing, including regulatory compliance, is highly preferred.
- Project Management: Strong program management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects and deliverables, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and continuously optimize marketing efforts.
