Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
  • A Customer Service Representative handles customer interaction for an organisation.
  • The top duties include resolving customer complaints, responding to phone call and email requests, and maintaining customer service records.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Prior experience with Amazon and/or Shopify backend is a plus.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
  • Comfortable using computers, Excel, Google Workspace such as Drive, emails, and Zoom calls.
  • Past experience working with online customer support is a plus.
Further Job Requirements:
  • A Bachelor’s degree is a must; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Being reliable with deadlines and able to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of how to use a camera for professional photography is highly appreciated.
  • Create visually stunning website banners and imagery to enhance the online shopping experience for our customers.
  • Experience with creative jobs like design and social media can be a big advantage.
  • Good knowledge of the Canva platform or relevant design tools is a plus.
