Job Description We are Foolproof, a product design specialist, working closely with Indigo Slate, a Seattle based Marketing powerhouse with deep expertise in marketing for technology brands. Both companies are owned by Zensar, a global technology provider. Regardless of the brand, each remains committed to the power of experience-led design, marketing and engineering. We are looking for a skilled Marketing Lead (Digital Marketing Manager/Senior Account Manager) to join our Global Account Team, focusing on one of our key clients in the food and beverage sector. This role involves managing tier one and tier two markets, requiring a blend of digital marketing, stakeholder management, and client servicing skills. Fluency in French and English plus experience in the food and beverage industry is mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Strategy: Liaise with content strategist, experience strategist, brand strategists, etc to help activate digital marketing strategies for your tier one and tier two markets, ensuring alignment with the client’s global objectives and local marketing team’s needs. Website Management: Make updates to the local market website, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and optimised for performance. Global Liaison: Act as the liaison between local market needs and the global governance team, effectively communicating insights and requirements to drive tactical execution of the global strategy whilst you are the voice of the market and service their needs Product Management: Collaborate with client and internal teams to manage roadmaps, effectively prioritising, ensuring they meet the specific needs of the markets served. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Project Management: Manage the tactical execution of marketing projects coordinating resources and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with the global account team and cross-functional departments to ensure cohesive strategies and effective execution. Technology Understanding: Demonstrate a strong understanding of technology trends and tools relevant to the food and beverage industry, leveraging this knowledge to enhance marketing initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in the food and beverage industry. Strong client servicing skills with experience in managing local market digital marketing campaigns. Exceptional relationship-building skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at various levels. Excellent project management abilities, with strong organisational skills. Fluency in French is mandatory.
