We are currently hiring for a System Support Engineer (SC or DV Cleared) to join a highly regarded UK-based company specialising in digital solutions and innovation, focusing on digital transformation in high-security environments. The client is delivering a transformational digital capability to a customer. The capability will go live shortly and will need additional skills/experience to support the maintenance/delivery of the CI/CD pipeline of the capability.

What You’ll Bring To The Table

  • Provide engineering skills and follow technical direction in the maintenance and delivery of the solution.
  • Help planning for resolution of existing technical debt and plans for remediation.
  • Support the identification and sizing of the work required to deploy changes from the MVC pipeline, including the development of the engineering plans required to prepare for and execute the changes.
  • Support Find and Fix of issues.
  • Support out of hours call-out to provide 1st/2nd line response to P1/P2 system performance issues.

  • Experience supporting a selection of (not expecting all) the following technical skills:
  • VMWare Tanzu, VCF (vCenter, Horizon, NSX)
  • MS Hyper-V, Ubuntu/Linux, S2D VxRail
  • Paradox
  • Cisco Networking (CCNP level desired)
  • MS Office, Sharepoint, Exchange
  • EJBCA, Userlock, Keycloak
  • Kibana, Ping, Nessus, netbox, elastic
