The Opportunity:
Join a dynamic operations team where you'll be responsible for maintaining servers, handling support requests and scaling systems to ensure smooth operations where systems are a combination of open source and bespoke software running on the Linux platforms. Skills and Experience:
- Strong Linux skills (CentOS/Alma preferred)
- Ability to troubleshoot and source information
- Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages
- Experience managing large-scale servers
- Knowledge of VPS and dedicated server hosting
- Windows desktop management and InTune MDM
- Familiarity with tools like Puppet, Terraform, Atlassian, Microsoft 365 is preferred
- Experience with AWS CloudWatch, PagerDuty, or monitoring tools is preferred
