The Company

Due to exciting new growth and client acquisitions, a start-up SEO focused digital marketing agency is looking for a SEO Executive to join them and learn from their experienced SEO management. Based in Essex, the agency offers hybrid and flexible working, with flexibility on the days you go into the office. The agency prides itself on a 100% retention rate of their client base, showing their expertise and the quality of work that the business produces. The agency is offering full support with training and development, giving you a personal progression plan to help you grow into an experienced SEO professional.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Gaining experience working across a broad portfolio of clients from all industries.
  • Identify link building opportunities and build relationships with journalists.
  • Work and gain experience across all elements of SEO, Content, Technical and Off-Page.
  • Keyword research for the client accounts you work on, with the support of your fellow executives and managers.
  • Create monthly SEO reports for clients, optimising account performance based off your analysis.
  • Use SEO tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEOMonitor etc.

Skills & Experience

Your professional development will not just be supported but will be a commitment. You will have a training program specifically tailored to you, including paid-for, external training opportunities. The agency does ask that you have:

  • SEO knowledge and experience, including keyword research, content writing, technical SEO etc.
  • A passion to continue to learn SEO throughout your career, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident in using the Microsoft Suite, Excel, Word etc.
  • Experience using SEMrush and Screaming Frog (desirable).
  • Experience with WordPress or Shopify (desirable).
  • Data analysis experience, using Google Analytics (desirable).
