Known for working in partnership with housing associations and delivering at scale, they are now launching one of their flagship sites in the region.

Reporting to the Construction Director, you’ll operate as one of four at this level, overseeing a maximum of 3 new build schemes; often only two in fact. • Oversee the build from enabling works through to final completion.
  • Work closely with housing association partners and internal teams to ensure expectations are met.
  • Track progress, manage build costs, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Ensure health & safety compliance and promote a positive site culture.

Ideal Background:

  • Proven experience as a Build Manager or Contracts Manager on fast-paced housing schemes.
  • Experience with design & build contracts, especially in partnership with housing associations.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure, groundworks and remediation.
  • Timber frame experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Relevant site qualifications (SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS).

Package:

  • £75,000 – £85,000 + Car Allowance
