About the Role:

This is a critical role, acting as the bridge between customer needs and operational execution across the full supply chain. You’ll operate across multiple planning horizons (from short-term to 36 months), working both strategically and tactically to ensure continuity of supply and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own stock strategies to ensure optimum coverage across product families.
  • Manage inventory processes across multiple sites, including £10m+ offsite stock.
  • Ensure raw material and finished goods availability—both local and imported.
  • Drive reporting into business planning cycles and lead gap-closing initiatives.
  • Optimize supply chain performance against key KPIs: working capital, customer service index (CSI), and more.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify risks, solve problems, and implement change.

About You:

You’re an experienced supply chain leader who understands the end-to-end value chain and thrives in dynamic environments. You’re ready to challenge the status quo and champion positive change.

What You Bring:

  • Strong background in supply chain planning & inventory management.
  • Experience with all MS Office applications as well as other systems i.e. SAP 4HANA.

  • Confident decision-maker with excellent stakeholder communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with an eye for operational detail.
