Responsibilities:
- Engage with inbound leads, conduct discovery calls with business owners, analyse financial documents, match businesses with suitable lenders, and guide them through financing transactions.
- Proactively generate outbound leads when necessary.
- Foster and nurture relationships with our existing panel of lenders and explore partnerships with new lenders.
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team, including the CEO, CCO, and CTO, contributing to various aspects of operations, product development, and sales and marketing.
- Continuously develop your sales, negotiation, and other skills to drive revenue for the company.
Requirements:
Previous sales experience is required. Previous sales experience in the commercial finance sector is preferred. We are open to applications from qualified and motivated candidates who are eager to make an impact.
Compensation and Benefits:
- A competitive base salary with an attractive commission structure (uncapped).
- On Target Earnings (OTE) of £100,000.
