The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our established, award winning and growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with Property Sales Consultants within the business and deal with referrals in a timely manner.
  • Deal directly with bank representatives.
  • Pipeline Management and reporting.
  • Achieve monthly targets.
  • New business generation.
  • Maintain Client relationships and portfolios.
  • Keep clients up to date with the status of their mortgage application.

Qualifications:

  • CeMAP qualified is preferred.
  • Previous experience within a Mortgage Consultancy role.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Articulate, numerate and confident.
  • Smart business dress is required at all times.
  • Our team are expected to act professionally and adhere to high company standards.
  • You should be punctual and contribute to the development of the company.
  • An excellent work ethic, strong interpersonal skills and a supportive team player.
