Finance Systems Team Lead

Ambition are supporting a global law firm with their recruitment for a Finance Systems Team Lead , to join their global team based in Manchester. Supervising a team of Analysts, you will work on providing solutions and system improvements, whilst also contributing to technical projects driving system upgrades and strategic initiatives across the firm.

**We are also considering applications from experienced Finance Systems Analysts who are able to demonstrate some mentoring or supervisory experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Finance Support Analysts.
• Manage systems like Elite 3E, Intapp Time Cloud, Embur se, and Workday Adaptive Planning
• Provide top-notch support to operational and fee-earning users globally.
• Drive system improvements and manage upgrades.
• Contribute to technical projects and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing or administering financial systems in legal or professional services would be advantageous but not essential.
• Expertise in SQL and advanced Excel.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical issues effectively.
