Hobson Prior is seeking a Director to head up the Health Economics team. This role will lead projects, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality deliverables. The successful candidate will also identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships. Responsibilities: Lead the development of health economic models and various health economics projects. Create cost-effectiveness and budget impact models. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Develop proposals and build client relationships. Ensure projects meet financial targets and key performance indicators. Propose new or improved services and contribute to strategic direction. Increase the external profile through publications and presentations. Mentor junior team members and provide training. Key Skills and Requirements: Expertise in health economics with experience in cost-effectiveness and budget impact models. Ability to develop and interpret economic models and conduct systematic reviews and meta-analyses. Strong research, analytical, and writing skills. Creative mindset and teamwork ethos.
