Talent Frame are working with a leading international law firm, as they recruit for a Senior Social Media Advisor to join their Early Careers team on a 6 month fixed term contract. The role will be based in the firm's City office three days per week, with two days working from home. The Senior Social Media Advisor role will focus on raising the profile of the firm and positioning them as an employer of choice within the UK. The role offers plenty of opportunity for creativity, and would suit someone who is comfortable working in a busy and high performing team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute, end to end, creative social media campaigns to position the firm as a market leading employer
- Support with multi-channel event marketing campaigns, across website, social, email, digital and print
- Build and manage strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, across HR, talent acquisition, graduate recruitment, marketing & comms
- Develop campaign content, including video, podcasts, social and website
- Manage both paid and organic social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
- Manage external media partners
- Create monthly social media comms plans
- Manage marketing budgets
- Campaign reporting and analysis
- Support and delegate workload to junior team members
Experience required
- Proven experience of developing and managing social media marketing campaigns, within the professional services sector
- Experience across paid and organic social media, website and CRM
- Experience of digital & social within employer branding, early careers or talent attraction
- Impeccable project and campaign management skills, able to deliver multiple campaigns at once
- Strong copywriting and content development skills
