Restaurant Operations Manager

Note: applicants welcome from across the UK! Growth Kitchen is on a mission to make eating great food the norm. Our platform enables kitchen operators to sell well-known restaurant brands, such as The Athenian, from their existing kitchens. We are looking for talented individuals to help grow and oversee our operations across the UK, working closely with kitchens and brands to change the landscape of the restaurant industry. You will travel to our network of third-party delivery kitchens to ensure that our franchisees operate smoothly, cook our food to high standards, and help our kitchen partners maximize their success through strategic support and management. The role requires traveling nationally (paid) 80% of the time. Some of your responsibilities will include: Onboard and train new franchisees, helping them learn how to cook our brands Conduct regular on-site checks to improve cooking accuracy and quality Collaborate with teams and managers in partner kitchens to enhance operational and commercial performance Manage a cluster of 20 kitchen partners, overseeing their growth and weekly performance Support partners and resolve site issues as they arise Communicate with partners and share feedback with the broader team, proposing new ideas to improve the partner experience This is an incredible opportunity to join an exciting high-growth start-up in the foodtech space, where you will be given significant responsibility early on and ample autonomy to achieve your goals.
