About the Role
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing operations, ensuring data integrity, optimising customer communications, and enhancing engagement across CRM, collateral, and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Management: Maintain data accuracy, optimise segmentation, and execute email campaigns.
- Collateral & Partnerships: Manage and update marketing and partner materials, supporting new content production.
- Campaign Execution: Support paid media campaigns, ensuring accurate reporting and lead attribution.
- Values Leadership: Live and promote our company values in daily work.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in marketing operations, CRM, or campaign management within a B2B environment (crypto industry experience is a plus!).
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools.
- Experience working with sales and product teams to refine messaging and materials.
- Strong analytical skills in campaign tracking, reporting, and lead attribution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
