The Role: Head of Marketing reporting to the Founder and CEO covering the UK. There is a distinct possibility that this will evolve into a CMO role in the next 3-5 years after achieving business objectives. You will manage the Marketing Team with 4 direct reports.
We require a commercial marketer to continue to grow this brand exponentially in the UK. You will have full control of budgeting, partnerships, and management of creative partners to maximise ROI. Activation is key in brand building, so this role involves both strategic leadership and hands-on execution, partnering with retail to continue the excellent work done by the team.
Although ABL budgets for a business of this size are limited, there is significant investment. The business is driven by social media, and intelligent ideas will be paramount in the first year as distribution with retail partners is established. We need a marketer who has experienced the highs and lows of SMEs, as the agility of the business means no day is the same and every idea has merit. They aim to capture imaginations and educate consumers.
