An exciting opportunity has arisen for a VP of Global Partnerships to join a high-growth financial SaaS company. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about building and scaling global partner ecosystems.

The Role

As VP of Global Partnerships, you will be responsible for leading and expanding our global channel strategy, managing a team of Channel Managers across multiple countries, and working closely with large Systems Integrators (SIs) and mid-sized partners to drive revenue growth. This is a hands-on role where you will not only lead the team but also actively engage with partners to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Partner Strategy – Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive growth through Systems Integrators and mid-sized partners.
  • Team Leadership – Lead and mentor a team of Channel Managers across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Partner Engagement – Actively manage key partnerships, fostering strong relationships and driving joint business opportunities.
  • Sales Methodology – Implement and drive a structured sales methodology (such as MEDDIC) to optimize partner sales performance.
  • Performance & Analytics – Establish KPIs, track partner performance, and report on the effectiveness of partnership initiatives.
  • Go-To-Market Execution – Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution of joint go-to-market initiatives.

  • SaaS & Financial Expertise – Background in financial SaaS with a deep understanding of partner-led sales models.

  • Sales Methodology Knowledge – Familiar with structured sales methodologies like MEDDIC to drive results.
