We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who gets what makes sports content tick. Someone who's just as comfortable creating a real-time post during a live match as they are planning a campaign that keeps fans coming back for more. Ideally, you’ve worked at a sports agency, broadcaster, club or league in a Social Media Exec/Producer or Junior Manager role. You’ve covered events live (on-site and remotely), you know how to write punchy captions in the heat of the moment, and you’ve got a great eye for content that cuts through.

What you'll be doing:

  • Running multiple social channels day-to-day, keeping calendars sharp and content flowing
  • Creating ideas for campaigns and social-first content that sports fans actually want to see
  • Writing real-time and scheduled copy that brings events to life
  • Briefing editors, designers and creators (internal and external)
  • Covering live sport and jumping into action when big moments happen
  • Optimising content across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
  • Editing short-form video using Premiere Pro and CapCut
  • Light Photoshop work to tweak and repurpose graphics/templates

You’ll bring:

  • A genuine passion for sport and a strong editorial instinct
  • Deep knowledge of social platforms and what performs
  • A proactive mindset – someone who’s hungry to grow, push creative boundaries, and level up their career

Bens:

  • Full Aviva healthcare (mental, dental, optical, general)
  • £1,000 personal development fund
  • Birthday off + 25 days holiday
  • Cycle to Work scheme
