The Role
Reporting to the Operations Director, you’ll be the mastermind behind our brand events and activations across the UK and Europe. From bespoke hospitality experiences to high-impact influencer launches, you'll build, manage, and deliver COLLAB’s physical presence in culture.
Hybrid Working
You'll join us at our Maidstone HQ up to 3 days a week as part of a 4-day work week.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning
- Create and execute our UK & EU annual events and activations calendar
- Design standout hospitality packages with our partners and sponsors
- Build immersive experiences aligned with brand goals
- Partner Activation
- Cultivate relationships with new and existing partners
- Develop tailored activation strategies to maximise brand exposure
- Event Coordination
- Oversee logistics, staffing, timelines, and supplier management
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors
- Budget Management
- Own event budgets, track spend, and ensure cost-efficiency
- Deliver clear reporting on ROI and performance metrics
- On-Site Leadership
- Lead staff, volunteers, and contractors on event days
- Problem-solve in real time and ensure seamless delivery
- Post-Event Reporting
- Analyse feedback, compile learnings, and improve future events
- Provide ROI analysis and stakeholder reports
- Marketing Integration
- Collaborate with marketing to promote events pre/during/post
- Support content creation and promotional campaign alignment
- Compliance & Legal
- Ensure contracts and activations meet legal and ethical standards
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in event management, activations, and brand partnerships
- Strong organisational, communication, and negotiation skills
- Hands-on and solutions-focused—you make it happen
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and juggle multiple projects
- Budget-savvy with a strategic mindset
- Proficient in event software + tools
- Comfortable travelling and working non-traditional hours
- Degree in marketing, events, hospitality, or relevant field (or equivalent experience)
