This full-time, onsite role involves providing 2nd line IT support while also assisting with 1st line support and IT administration.
What You’ll Do:
- IT Support and Troubleshooting: Manage incidents, service requests, and problems using Cherwell Service Desk. Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues from the 1st line team. Deliver basic application support and training to users.
- Onsite and Regional Support: Provide onsite support to regional offices and enhance IT frameworks. Define stakeholder needs and implement support solutions. Manage site-specific IT projects, including office moves. Handle budget requirements for regional IT initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Required Skills and Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support role. Proven expertise in 2nd line IT support. Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and PC imaging software. Familiarity with Apple iPhone/iPad products.
- Desirable Qualifications: ITIL certification is a plus. Experience mentoring junior team members. Knowledge of automation tools for efficiency improvements. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
