They are seeking experienced, ambitious and passionate Property Solicitors to be part of this brand new conveyancing team in Cardiff.

The Role:

Following a 4-week training programme, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.

  • Providing expert legal advice to clients
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
  • Experience in residential conveyancing
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

Salary: Up to £50,000
