Job Summary

We ‘re offering an excellent opportunity in Sales for a salesperson to join our AFJ family. Your core accountabilities will be to provide the customer with the brand journey and story during the sales process and implement an effective participation in achieving the assigned targets, and supports the day-to-day operations. Acquire, cultivate and maintain relationships with our clients through deep product knowledge, personal engagement and luxury service.

Main Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

Drive for Result

  1. Define and execute the sales strategies to effectively showcase AFJ by effective implementation of selling in the
  2. store of both cross selling and upselling to existing and new clients.
  3. Sells products to customers, explaining benefits, features, prices, quality, value and other information, builds the
  4. business through outstanding customer service.
  5. Observe market trends, propose initiatives related to client development and brand experience for achieving
  6. strategic goals.
  7. Drive revenue growth objectives by effective participation in exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
  8. Models the ability to multi-task and prioritize day-to-day business needs.

Customer Experience

  1. Sustain current client relationships and build new partnerships with prospective clients.
  2. Cultivates the client relationship through personalized connection by succinctly define and communicate the specific benefits of AFJ appropriate for each client.
  3. Provides the customer with the brand journey and story during the sales process:
  4. Explains inspiration behind pieces
  5. Explains Craftsmanship behind pieces
  6. Explains brand story (AF as a person)
  7. Implement the brand journey to customers during the sales process by using the sales techniques have been brought up by the company standards.
  8. Acquires and builds client base primarily through forming relationships with new clients and retaining/building spend of existing clients.
  9. Effective Implementation of the prevention plan for customer retention and complaints handling.
  10. Update and manage the database of the boutiques customers and classify them to soothe communication with them and provide special customer service.

Productivity and contribution

  1. Role model regarding the attendance & complying with company code of conduct.
  2. Adhere to all policies and procedures with a focus on loss prevention and operational excellence.
  3. Recording accurately the client data to the feedback sheet.
  4. Maintain the cleanliness and implementation of the security measures at the boutique according to agreed standards.
  5. Implement all comments have been raised up by Commercial team effectively.
  6. Ensure applying mystery shopper attributes to achieve good result by following the daily checklists.
  7. Supports the day-to-day operations of sales and provide appropriate support to verify their compliance with business standards and procedures.

Qualifications

  1. Bright, enthusiastic personality with a real drive to achieve sales and manage customer service expectations at a Luxury level
  2. Ability to work within a small team, helping to achieve sales goals
  3. Dynamic attitude; able to take direction and complete tasks in a timely fashion
  4. Strong knowledge of Microsoft word programs (power point, word and excel)
  5. Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  6. Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise.
  7. Passion for learning a wide-range of skills that will carry through a variety of career paths
  8. Ability to multi-task and react with flexibility.
  9. Very strong organizational skills with a focus on follow through.
  10. Have a flair for communicating with different types of customers and managing people.
  11. Work as a collaborative team member, always available to assist boutique manager, colleagues, customers, etc.
  12. Target-oriented with integrity in dealing with precious Jewelry.
  13. Ability to speak conversational Arabic and/or read Arabic Calligraphy is a plus

Working Hours:

  1. Flexibility across a 7-day week to accommodate staff days off and weekends
  2. Flexibility to work at short notice where and when required
  3. Flexibility to increase working hours where needed, especially during holiday periods of other staff members, and busy periods (i.e. Summer holidays and Christmas)
