Location: Hybrid – 3 days a week in office
Purpose of the Role: The Senior Executive, Partner Content & Social will play a key role in delivering value to commercial and licensing partners. Using their expertise, they will help partner managers create engaging content for a global fan base.
Responsibilities:
- Implement clear processes and guidelines, and liaise directly with partners to maintain high standards on digital and social media channels.
- Support the ideation process and educate partner managers on activating contractual rights on digital channels.
- Take a social-first approach to content, tailoring it for platforms like Instagram, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Help partners develop unique storytelling content series.
- Collaborate with creative agencies to ensure partner content meets standards and resonates with fans.
- Work with the digital team to meet partners' needs across CRM, web, and email.
- Ensure branded content is included in the content calendar.
- Log all partner activations on digital and social channels.
- Help partner managers adhere to established processes.
- Work with the data & insights specialist to build campaign reports, highlighting successes and learnings.
Requirements:
- Experience in content planning or agency work with major brands, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content optimisation strategies.
- Impeccable attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills to manage stakeholder expectations.
