Junior Brand Manager with a focus on Trade & Shopper Marketing in Central London (Hybrid 2-3x). Salary: £45,000 + 15% Bonus + Healthcare.
Our client is listed within every major grocer (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose etc.) and has a product range that spans across multiple categories. They are a rapidly growing SME backed by one of Europe’s largest food groups. They are looking to add a Junior Brand Manager with a focus on Trade Marketing to oversee a £1.5m budget.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement trade marketing plans to support sales initiatives.
- Create tailored annual plans for retailers to maximise ROI and budget use.
- Ensure alignment between in-store and broader brand marketing efforts.
- Negotiate with retailer media partners for impactful, cost-effective promotions.
- Build comprehensive toolkits for various sales channels (e.g. wholesale, foodservice & international).
- Analyse trade marketing performance and recommend improvements.
- Manage the trade marketing budget (£1.5m) in coordination with sales teams.
