Location: St Andrews
Pay: Depending on Experience
Contract: Permanent
Shifts: Variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
Your duties as a Clubhouse Manager will include:
- Lead, mentor, and train team to deliver exceptional service.
- Oversee outlet operations, ensuring smooth shifts and task delegation.
- Maintain F&B brand standards and drive upselling initiatives.
- Enhance guest experiences through proactive service.
- Manage recruitment, handle complaints, and maintain stock/financial records.
- Ensure compliance with alcohol laws and control payroll.
- Support forecasting, P&L reviews, and assist other outlets as needed.
What we are looking for in a Clubhouse Manager:
- Strong service focus with proven leadership experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Team-oriented with a high-performance mindset.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role within a high-end, fast-paced restaurant is required.
- Strong knowledge of beverages and wines is essential.
