The Recruitment Co. are delighted to be recruiting a Clubhouse Manager for our prestigious client in St Andrews!

Location: St Andrews

Pay: Depending on Experience

Contract: Permanent

Shifts: Variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Your duties as a Clubhouse Manager will include:

  • Lead, mentor, and train team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Oversee outlet operations, ensuring smooth shifts and task delegation.
  • Maintain F&B brand standards and drive upselling initiatives.
  • Enhance guest experiences through proactive service.
  • Manage recruitment, handle complaints, and maintain stock/financial records.
  • Ensure compliance with alcohol laws and control payroll.
  • Support forecasting, P&L reviews, and assist other outlets as needed.

What we are looking for in a Clubhouse Manager:

  • Strong service focus with proven leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Team-oriented with a high-performance mindset.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role within a high-end, fast-paced restaurant is required.
  • Strong knowledge of beverages and wines is essential.
  • Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Experience in a multi-outlet operation is preferred.
