We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer who thrives in dynamic settings. This role is mostly remote, with occasional travel to the London office, so ideally, you’ll be within commuting distance.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Expertise with version control systems, including Git, with experience in branching strategies and pull requests
- Proven ability to automate CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce metadata and SFDX projects
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce APIs, CLI tools, and deployment methods such as Change Sets and Unlocked Packages
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools, such as Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Shell, Python, or JavaScript for automation
- A collaborative approach with excellent communication skills to work across teams
- A solid track record of managing multiple Salesforce environments and streamlining deployments
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices
- Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Certified DevOps Engineer or Platform Developer I/II
