About the Role:
As a Bartender, you will be the face of our bar, crafting high-quality drinks and cocktails, providing excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality and mixology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, wine, and beer, to the highest standard
- Provide a friendly and engaging service to guests at the bar and in the lounge areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar at all times
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
- Follow licensing laws and health & safety regulations
- Support the wider food & beverage team as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a bartender in a hotel, restaurant, or cocktail bar
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail preparation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A positive attitude, team spirit, and passion for hospitality
