We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Bank Staff for the Haringey area. This role presents both challenges and rewards, offering you the opportunity to contribute to the well-being and independence of our residents.
Role Overview: As a Bank Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting residents with enduring mental health issues in the Haringey Area. Your responsibilities include providing positive support, encouraging independence, and facilitating community engagement. The ultimate objective is to empower residents to return to independent living in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support residents with complex enduring mental health issues
- Encourage independence and community involvement
- Address unpredictable behavioural patterns with confidence
- Make decisions on safeguarding and risk issues
- Maintain detailed records and liaise with third parties involved in resident support packages
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must:
- Have experience in supporting vulnerable adults
- Demonstrate confidence and decisiveness in responding to issues
- Possess the ability to work independently in a lone working role
- Be committed to delivering excellent service to vulnerable adults with dignity
- Make a real difference in the lives of the community's most vulnerable individuals
- Good written English in order to maintain accurate records
