HR Advisor Northampton – NN3 37.5 hours – will consider 30 hours £32 -35,000 Working within the head office for this leisure business you will be the sole HR person reporting to the Director and supporting 200 employees within 9 sites across the UK. You will be based in Northampton, but there is scope to visit sites if the need arises, but not essential. This business has more sites planned to open in 2025, so you will be able to increase your HR team. Duties and responsibilities for the HR Advisor role include: First line support to Managers and Employees on all ER matters Assist in development and implementation of Human Resource policies and procedures. Handles employee enquiries recommending solutions and escalating appropriately.
