Female Support Coordinator – Full Time (Maternity Cover) 📍 Location: Stalybridge (SK15) 📅 Contract: 6-Month Temporary Role (Full-Time, 37.5 hours/week) 💷 Pay: * Weekdays: £15.80/hour * Nights & Weekends: £16.00/hour Make a difference every day with Key Health. We’ve built strong, lasting relationships with our clients, and we’re looking for a dedicated Female Support Coordinator to help us continue providing outstanding support during a 6-month maternity cover. Your role will include: * Providing personal care and support with dignity and respect. * Supporting with medication, mobility aids, and helping clients access the community. * Leading shifts and supporting colleagues to maintain high standards of care. * Helping with day-to-day tasks like laundry, shopping, cooking, and community activities. * Ensuring care plans are followed and service quality remains high. What You’ll Need: * At least 1 year’s experience in health & social care in the UK. * Experience supervising staff and organising rotas. * NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care. * Good IT and record-keeping skills. * Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship). * Two professional references (including your current or most recent employer). * Enhanced DBS on the update service (preferred). * A valid driving licence and access to a car (preferred).
