Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are looking for an experienced Account Manager from a POS/POP or Print background to work for a manufacturing business based in Leicester. This position is a straight permanent position and is a remote-based job.
The Job:
- Liaising with clients on a daily/weekly basis, involving regular contact via face-to-face meetings, telephones, and emails.
- Taking client briefs of their requirements and submitting to relevant teams within the business to produce.
- Managing multiple accounts at any one time, discussing current, future, and previous orders.
- This role is hybrid, requiring time spent visiting clients, especially London Fashion houses.
Salary: Negotiable depending on your experience.
About You:
- Previous experience in an Account Manager role within POS, POP, or Print background is required.
- Must have direct client-facing experience.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management/multi-tasking skills and able to prioritise effectively.
- Excellent reporting skills.
- Excellent IT Skills (MS Office).
- Comfortable building and maintaining effective client and internal relationships.
- Exemplary levels of attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Target driven with an ability to work independently and efficiently.
