Job Description
- Fluent Dutch Customer Service Specialist
- Start Date: 09 June 2025
- Salary: £23,809.50
- Location: WORK FROM HOME - Based in the UK
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 07:45-16:15
- Training Period: 2 weeks, full attendance required.
- Contract: Permanent
- ID: Passport or birth certificate, national insurance number and proof of address required (dated within the last 3 months).
Daily Responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative:
- You start your day by logging into your systems and ensuring you are ready for the day ahead.
- You play a key role in providing support and guidance (not advice) on the visa and immigration process and directing customers to where they can find both online information and resources via a helpline and by responding to emails.
- Work energetically and enthusiastically as part of a high-performing customer service team.
- You work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and strive to answer all queries in a polite and professional manner.
Required Skills to Become a Customer Service Representative:
- Strong verbal and written skills in English and Dutch with a good eye for detail.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and ability to work with a wide variety of people.
- Professional and friendly phone manner.
- Experience in customer service.
- Experience working in a target-driven environment with high standards.
- PC skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems easily.
- Good typing speed.
- Take ownership of various situations with positivity, skill, and a dedicated approach to delivering excellent service.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, engaging environment.
