Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive administrative support to creative teams.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Help organise and coordinate off-sites, team meetings and socials.
- Support senior team members with travel arrangements and scheduling.
- Take on ad-hoc tasks and support special projects as needed.
- Ensure seamless operations and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Previous experience supporting a team, ideally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, approachable manner.
