Seeking an experienced Document Controller to lead and coordinate document control operations on a major project. The role involves implementing document management plans, supervising document control teams, and ensuring compliance with project-specific requirements, schedules, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and oversee document control strategy aligned with project scope and goals.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant documentation deliverables.
  • Manage interfaces with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Oversee engineering and supplier document workflows and distribution.
  • Generate project reports and maintain registers (MDR, SDRLs, Distribution Matrices).
  • Maintain and improve use of EDMS platforms (e.g., IPMS, Documentum, SharePoint).
  • Support training and development across multi-location document teams.
  • Ensure proper functioning of document systems, tools, and associated processes.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • 6–10 years in document control, with 5 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proficient in EDMS and document imaging systems (IPMS, Documentum).
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and process plant documentation.
  • Strong understanding of project procedures, compliance, and quality control.
