Branch Sales Manager - Cardiff

We are currently seeking a Branch Sales Manager for our client who are a leading manufacturer, retailer and reseller of trailer and towing products across the globe. Based in Cardiff (CF11), the role will be to manage the retail branch and manage a team of 3 staff, ensuring excellent customer service and branch sales margins are achieved. Key Tasks/Responsibilities Actively sell and promote trailers, parts and servicing to customers, ensuring all sales enquiries are handled professionally.   Demonstrate company products and services, ensuring all sales opportunities are followed through and maximised. Responsible for the performance of the Cardiff Branch, ensuring that the team are working effectively and dealing with any issues that may arise. Ensure systems are in place to monitor and maintain stock inventory Maintain customer CRM system Manage, motivate and train your team to achieve their full potential. Candidates must be: Experienced  managers/ supervisors, ideally within equipment /machinery sales with a successful track record Customer focused and highly organised Effective influencers with great negotiating skills Driven and motivated to achieve success. In return you will be rewarded with a salary of 32K + monthly bonus (OTE 39K) & company vehicle. Hours of work Mon – Fri 9-5
