Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our client in the Central Government, who is seeking a Workforce Planning Manager for an initial 3-month assignment with an option to extend.

Location: Hybrid working - Glasgow / London

Essential Skills:
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven background in Workforce Planning, along with the following skills and experience:
  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing workforce planning strategies.
  • Experience in HR activities, building and developing organisational growth, capability, and culture.
  • Experience in business planning processes and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Experience in coaching and people development.
  • Experience of working within a Public Sector/Central Government IT Service Environment.
  • Professional Qualifications CIPD qualification - desired.
