This is a role for a vigilant Night Porter with a strong sense of responsibility to take control of nightly operations at a large multiple block residential block of flats. The role predominantly will be to observe and maintain security throughout the development. Therefore there will be multiple CCTV cameras to keep a vigilant eye on plus conducting walks of the development to be a visual deterrent to any anti-social behaviour.
The role will also involve conducting regular building checks for any reactive maintenance issues so therefore it’s an active role and someone practical used to dealing with leaks or maintenance problems would be highly desirable too.
Hours will be 7pm to 7am on a 4 on 4 off rota working alone and therefore all applicants must have a strong proven track record and be able to provide excellent references.
