Our Client, a successful business in Belfast city center, are recruiting an Accounts Manager/ Administration Manager to look after their accounts and administration for the company. Turnover is in excess of £4M each year and they are looking for someone who has solid experience looking after accounts in a busy company.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile bank account with bank position as shown on the company software package used by the business.
- Record suppliers invoices, reconcile suppliers statements and prepare suppliers payments.
- Prepare invoices as required.
- Record receipts from customers and prepare bank lodgements.
- Other administration and accounting responsibilities that may arise from time to time.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications and accounting software.
