Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and execution of Due Diligence and Operating Model definition for the in-scope services.
- Migration Support: planning, preparation, execution, monitoring and post go-live support.
- Manage the migration of fund accounting services for the full range of funds, ensuring accurate NAV calculation, valuation, and accounting.
- Oversee the migration of transfer agency services, ensuring smooth processing of investor subscriptions/redemptions, shareholder record-keeping.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a project manager overseeing back-office migrations and systems integrations within asset management.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-jurisdictional projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with senior management, internal teams, and external vendors across different regions.
- Strong background in fund accounting, transfer agency, and custody services.
