Buckden Partners has been mandated by our Challenger Bank client in their search for a BDE to sit in their successful Specialist Real Estate Finance team.
Responsibilities:
- To identify and develop business opportunities from Specialist Business Intermediaries
- Spot opportunities within the broker database with inactive or low value/volume broker intermediaries
- To build and maintain pipeline in line with agreed business targets
- Attend exhibitions, roadshows as and when needed by the business
- Oversee applications from inception to completion
- Contribute to the delivery of the Specialist Mortgages sales plan for your business area in support of delivery of the Banks overall lending plan
Experience:
- Demonstrable experience in a lending environment (bridging, BTL etc.)
- Experience in structuring lending proposals is a plus
- Exceptional organisation and time management abilities
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
